How can I enable or disable specific request types?
There are so many different request types available in the platform. You can easily allow your team to access any of the various request types by enabling them in the setting, likewise you can remove their access to any request type that you do not want your team to be able to use by disabling them in the settings.
Please follow the steps below to enable or disable any request type you need:
From the top right corner menu, select settings:
Select the "Requests" tab to access the request settings :
Find the request type that you would like to enable or disable and toggle the button to activate or deactivate the request
By following these steps, you can effectively manage and control the enabling or disabling of any type of request within your platform
