Find the user who’s permissions you would like to change

Click on the three dots to open the menu

Select “Change Permission Group”

In the window that opens, click to open the “Permission Group” menu

Select the role that you would like to assign the user to from the menu

Save the change

Ensure that the user logs out of palm.HR and then logs back in again to apply the updated user permissions.
The default role is the Employee role, when a user is added to palm.HR they will always be added as “Employee” users and you can change their role once they are added to your account.
